What is the meaning of back order? If you have ordered on Banggood and the status of an item is back order, it means that you have ordered an item that we do not have available in stock. During this time the order is on hold and will not be shipped. When stock arrives it will be allocated to your order and then the status will be processed, then shipped.
How long does backorder usually take?
The time it takes for our stock to arrive varies based on many factors. If an item is on back order and you open the product page, there is usually an “Expected on” date, this is when we estimate the item to be available.
What if I dont want to wait?
You can at any stage contact us about a back-order item and ask when we expect it, or you can request to cancel it. We also may contact you if an item is going to take a longer than usual time.
