About The Cooling Fan

The cooling fan is white, with a bendable cable so that you can twist it the way you want. It comes with a CD and a USB line. First you need to install the CD to your PC and then use the USB cable to transfer a message, after you write one. That’s all you really have to do. 

How to Write a Message

Inside the CD you will see a document named “Read me”. These are the English instructions for inserting a message. There is another document with instructions in Chinese. The guide is very clear and easy to understand. You shouldn’t have a problem inserting a message after reading it. You can find the same instructions on the product page and a few more tips below.

Tips for Writing a Message

After you follow the steps on the guide and click add, you can either click on input text and type something; it can’t be very long, or draw it with the pencil. I liked that way more cause you can leave a longer message and you can draw a face, a heart, or anything you can really. Unless you’re lazy, because it will take you a little while to draw the letters and make them look nice. You can easily use the eraser and fix the letters by looking at the preview screen on the right.

If you click to input text and type something, many times the letters are not so clear so you need to use the eraser and the pencil to make them look better. You can zoom in to see which of the letters need correction.

Once you click on “download to USB device” you can check out how it looks like and if you don’t like it you can edit it.

When you type the first message is going to be shown as message 1. If you type a second it’s going to be message 2, etc. I thought that the message that you will select is going to appear on the cooling fan after you click “Download to USB”, but I figured out that one message is shown after the other, which is amazing cause you can create a little story.

As I mentioned, I would totally recommend it as a gift;it’s great if you want to leave a nice or funny message to someone. Just say that you got them a cooling fan and surprise them when they plug it in to their PC. Or even for you; you can write a different message as a reminder every day.
