An update from Guangzhou, our hometown.
- As things stabilize here, all of the Banggood team are back at work, ready to serve.
- Our suppliers are resuming production and beginning to replenish our stock.
- Logistics and transport services in China are mostly back to normal and our shipping times are not affected.
- The office is disinfected every day, and all buildings and public transport services have mandatory temperature checks.
- Our office and warehouse staff are trained to follow a strict hygiene routine; items you order are picked, packed, and shipped to minimize the chance of exposure. None of our staff have been infected, or near anyone infected.
- The risk of infection from a package is extremely unlikely, even if somehow the virus was on a package, the virus can only survive for a short time on surfaces, and would quickly die.
- China was first hit but the fight is not over yet, we have sourced a steady supply of masks and have them available for those areas in need of supplies.
COVID-19 Masks
Are you ready for exposure in your area? Even if you don’t expect it now, the situation can change quickly, we recommend you have some masks and disinfectant/alcohol ready, just in case.
Limited Quantity N95 Masks
The international demand for these masks is high. To prevent excessive stockpiling, we are limiting the sale of some protective items to ensure fair distribution.
Local warehouse supply
We have allocated masks to overseas warehouses ensuring you can get supplies as fast as possible. We do not have an endless supply of masks, so please be aware they might sell out.
