The iPhone 17 and 17 Pro iPhone are the same size. They are with a 6.3-inch display in an aluminum frame with an aluminum unibody and upgraded Ceramic Shield 2 protection. The iPhone 17 Pro Max is the largest at 6.9 inches.

Battery performance differs across the lineup. The iPhone 17 provides up to 30 hours of video playback, the iPhone 17 Pro extends this to 33 hours, and the iPhone 17 Pro Max reaches 39 hours.
All models feature USB-C charging. With Apple’s new 40W Dynamic Power Adapter, the devices can charge up to 50 percent in about 20 minutes. For connectivity, the transfer speed of the iPhone 17 Pro is faster than that of the iPhone 17. The Pro models support USB 3 transfer speeds, while the standard iPhone 17 supports USB 2.
