If you would like to completley remove your account from our website, you can do so by contacting us with the registered email address and requesting your information to be removed.

Please email our service team at cservice@banggood.com and we can remove your account from our database.

Generally, we recommend you keep your account and just don’t use it, as removing an account will remove any points you have and prevent you from accessing any order history.
