KROAK K-H Review: Horizontal Diesel Heater 8kW

KROAK K-H is an all-in-one horizontal diesel heater. If you are an overlander, a heavy-duty truck or flatbed driver who needs to install the diesel air heater under a car chair, it would be a good choice as it is of a low height.

How is KROAK K-H?

The K-H model features a powerful, adjustable output range of 5KW to 8KW. Such high power that it can heat rapidly to keep you always warm. Its defining characteristic, however, is a unique side-mounted exhaust pipe design.

For the most common diesel heater, the exhaust pipes are designed at the bottom, while it’s on the side. Thus, you can install the exhaust pipe easily, without putting something in the bottom to increase the ground clearance. And if you use it camping, the side-exit design reduces the risk of blockage from road debris or deep snow.

Besides, it can be controlled in 2 ways that are the LCD panel and the remote control. With the controller, you can turn on/off and set the temperature without walking to the panel.

The fuel consumption is low with KROAK K-H, too. The consumption of KROAK K-S ranges from 0.1L/h to 0.53 L/h, depending on the mode it runs.
