After massive success with the CR-10 and CR10 mini, Creality has launched their latest model the CRX.
Whats new with the CR-X?
Creality made this unique in a few areas when compared to the older versions. It has the same printing size, 300x300x400 and also shares the 10 model line name. Here are the differences.
Dual color
You now can attract two filaments for color mixing and produce objects blended. The extruder blends the colors together to create a nice mix and fully customizable mix ratio. See how color works. They also have added two fans to keep the temperature more precisely maintained.
Single wire ribbon connection
The built look is cleaner with one ribbon cable connection, it’s also faster and easier to put together than their earlier versions.
Creality CRX printing software
Although none is described, we expect you to be able to use the most common printing software so you don’t need to adjust to a new pc app to get the filament flowing.

Touch color screen
If printing offline, you now have more control over the settings and monitoring the printing progress with their touchscreen. You can adjust critical settings, monitor temperature and print from an sd card for effortless computer-free printing.
Silicone printing bed
Your designs will no longer be stuck to the printing bed, their unique silicone base means when your print is complete you can easily remove the final print from the bed.
The power of dual color printing
Dual color printing gives you another dimension of design, you can now color parts to highlight or create visual patterns. Although not as advanced as a tri-color printer, dual color is a step up in printing capability.
