• Monthly Allowance: VIP1/2/3/4/5 members can use points to redeem different allowances (for all categories) and enjoy the stackable discount.
• Birthday Gift: members can get double points if they place an order on the birthday (1USD = 2 points).
• Fashion 15% off: VIP1/2/3/4/5 members can use points to redeem Fashion 15% off coupon that only can be used on fashion.
• V5 Quick Review: If VIP5 choose to return & refund, they can enjoy the Quick Review service (limited to Banggood working days).
• V5 Special Line: Provide special phone-call service for VIP5 in 24 hours.
• VIP Shopping Festival: Hold exclusive shopping festivals frequently, such as VIP day, and you will get discounts such as coupons, allowances, multiple points, specials, etc. The VIP Shopping Festival provides large-scale promotions for all categories/categories. Members can enjoy various benefits, such as shopping rebate multiple points, VIP category allowances, Special offer etc.
• Level-up Rewards: If members upgrade their levels to VIP2 and above, they can get double points if they place an order within 24 hours(1USD=2 points). Please remember to log in to grab it.
• Shipping Coupon: VIP3/4/5 members are exclusively entitled to ordinary shipping coupons, and the number of monthly receipts varies according to the VIP levels.
• Speedy Refund: We offer Speedy Refund service for VIP members, the refund will be made to you first once you return the product and upload the package code. You don’t need to wait till the package is delivered.
• VIP Service: For VIP3 and above, they can enjoy the online service with priority.

How do I upgrade my VIP level?

Although the easiest way to progress to another level is ordering more items (each dollar you spend gives you 10 credits), you can also boost your credits by taking part in other activities and events.

• Writing a review after ordering, a photo or picture will earn you 15 credits and a video 20.
• Sharing your review on Facebook will also earn you an extra 30 credits.
• Monthly bonus. If you order more than twice per month, you will get a monthly bonus of 50 credits.
• Full profile bonus, if you complete your Banggood profile, you get 50 credits.
