- Contact us if the item is taking longer than expected to arrive. If the item arrived damaged, take photos/video and send it to us to show the damage.
- We review the claim and if accepted you will be offered a refund or replacement.

- Any customs costs, or any damage or loss from you refusing to pay for customs costs.
- Any product that is destroyed by local customs
