Why does my order tracking number show “Not Found”? How long does it take to update the tracking info?

• For Air Parcel Register: normally it takes 7 business days to update the tracking information. As the parcel leaves China, there will not be any update until it arrives at the destination country/region.
• For express: Such as DHL, normally it takes 3 business days to show the tracking info. The tracking info will update as the parcel arrives at any sorting center or customs.

Why is my order stated, “The item is pre-advised”?

This situation sometimes happens to the Air Parcel Register after the parcel has been shipped. It means the parcel is on the way to the sorting center. This is a normal state.

Why does the shipping info show the order was shipped twice?

• The first shipping date is when the package has left our Banggood warehouse.
• The second shipping date indicates the packages have left China.

Where is the best place to track my order?

Why does my order tracking say shipped but the shipping company has not received it yet?

When we ship an order, it does not always go directly to the final carrier, sometimes we have to deliver it to them. An example of this is with some orders from our Chinese GZ warehouse, an item ships from our warehouse in Guangzhou then travels via truck to the Hong Kong border, goes through their Customs, and then is taken to the shipping partner in Hong Kong. This can take a few days and does mean that there is a period where our tracking shows shipped but the official carrier has not received the item yet. We calculate this in our shipping estimated times, but it does mean certain items with certain shipping methods have a time when they are in transit between us and the final carrier.
