Is your order taking longer than expected to arrive?

  1. Check your order tracking by visiting “My account.”
  2. Check the expected delivery time for your order. When calculating the number of days, remember, delivery time is in business days so does not include the weekends or any holidays.
  3. If there is no recent tracking information and the item is taking longer than our expected delivery times, please read our shipping guide.

Did your item arrive broken or faulty?

  1. Record a video/take photos that show clearly the condition of what you received.
  2. Submit your problem on the contact us page. (After-Sales, Other after-sales enquiry)

Cancel your order or change your order information

You can cancel your order by yourself in My Account if the order status is processing, ready to process or back order.

Go to: My Account–View Orders–Apply Refund

If the order has shipped: It cannot be canceled right away, contact us with the label Order&Tax -Cancel/Edit this order.

My order tracking shows no updates

Tracking information will usually update within 3 working days after it has shipped from our Chinese warehouse. After the initial tracking information, it can take some time for the next status to update.  The latest tracking information is available by navigating to My account -My orders.

Abnormal order status

Payment rejected

There are security concerns relating to your credit card, so we have rejected your payment.
The payment will return to your account within 1 week. For more details, please contact riskcontrol@banggood.com.

Backorder

The item is out of stock. You can cancel the order by going to your order page and selecting “Cancel order” or wait for the stock to arrive.
If you want to exchange for another item, please contact us.

Security returned

The package couldn’t pass the airport or customs security check. Contact us to apply for a refund.

Why can’t Banggood ship to my location?

Batteries and Magnets are restricted in some areas, due to these regulations, we can not ship to some countries and regions.
